Meet Amber Blandford

Amber’s view of the universe is one of interconnectedness, inclusivity, and abundance. Her empathetic and intuitive nature is integrated in her ability to find joy in all things—especially in being with others, nature, and in movement. She has practiced yoga and dance for over 20 years, including 3 years as a Zumba instructor. Amber currently leads workshops and retreats on Women’s Spirituality, The Enneagram, Self-Care, Embodiment, and Decluttering Mindfully.

In January of 2016, Amber founded Joyful Spaces, LLC professional organizing in Decatur, GA. Through decluttering, she creates space for clients to release what is no longer serving them and frees them to live the life they ultimately desire. Utilizing Amber’s emotional support expertise, she brings light, clarity, and vision to what can be an overwhelming situation.

Before opening Joyful Spaces, LLC, Amber served as a chaplain and bereavement coordinator in hospital and hospice settings for 7 years in Berkeley, California and Atlanta, GA. She earned her license as a Board Certified Chaplain through the National Association of Catholic Chaplains in 2012. In 2010, she earned a Master of Theological Studies (M.T.S.) and a Master of Arts in Ministry in Multicultural Church (M.A.M.C.) from the Franciscan School of Theology in Berkeley, CA.
