Letting Go - 5 Steps to Declutter Your Home Mindfully

Join facilitator Amber Blandford for six consecutive Wednesday mornings, September 5 through October 10, 2018, from 10 am - 11.30 am. Light refreshments will be served. 

In this 6-week series on letting go, we will explore the deeper understanding of decluttering. Utilizing spiritual practices including guided meditation, silence, and gentle movement, we will explore mindfulness practices (deep breathing, self-awareness, compassion, visualization, and overcoming obstacles) to inspire you to declutter your home, creating the environment you desire. Self-reflection and group sharing will enhance this experience. Each session will conclude with an invitation to practice at home what we discussed. The integration between spiritual practice and practical application will create a gentle, safe place for self-discovery and opportunity for residential decluttering. 

Registrations are required for planning purposes. 
However, there is no charge for this series as part of the Enrichment Program series, but all donations are gratefully accepted to cover the costs incurred in offering this program and towards the ministry of Ignatius House.
