Facilitated by Amber Blandford, Professional Organizer
January is national GO: Get Organized month as established by the National Association of Productivity and Organized Professionals (NAPO). In honor of GO month, let’s get organized!
In this 4-week follow up series on letting go, we will continue to explore the deeper understanding of decluttering mindfully. Utilizing spiritual practices including guided meditation, silence, and gentle movement, we will explore your hopes for the new year, staying motivated, paper decluttering, and more. Each session will include a mindfulness practice to inspire you to declutter your home, creating the environment you desire. Self-reflection and group sharing will enhance this experience. The integration between spiritual practice and practical application will create a gentle, safe place for self-discovery and opportunity for residential decluttering.
ONE of the following Pre-requisites are required to sign up:
1) Attended 2 or more classes of Decluttering Mindfully Series
2) Worked with Amber one on one
3) Understand basic mindfulness and decluttering practices.
