Day of Reflection: Encompassed by Love (Psalm 139)

Directed by Sarah Otto and Amber Blandford

Join us on this day of reflection and prayer right before Valentine’s Day to ground yourself in the love that truly matters: the unconditional love of God that empowers you to authentically love yourself. This will be a day that incorporates prayer and solitude, mindfulness and gentle movement, and a spirituality of self-care that integrates body, mind and heart. Date yourself this Valentine’s Day! You’re worth it.
