Join us the 4th Wednesday of the month for Sound Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls & Restorative Yoga.

You’ll be guided through gentle, fully-supported postures designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation using bolsters, blankets, and blocks. The healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls and other instruments will help to shift and balance your energy while inviting a meditative state.

No prior experience necessary.
