3 Gratitude Prompts for thanksgiving Week
Good morning, [FIRST NAME GOES HERE],
Today is the day to evoke an energy of gratitude. Begin your week with this transformative and easy exercise and allow it to carry you throughout your holiday. This will help harmonize your energy and bring your heart into coherence.
Begin with some deep breathing.
Inhale slowly and deeply and exhale slowly and deeply. If it's available, inhale and exhale to the count of 5. Otherwise, find a rhythm that's comfortable for you. Try this for 2-3 minutes with your eyes closed or softened.
Then, try these gratitude prompts.
1. List 5 Things You're Grateful For And Why. Answering the "Why" question helps to deepen your sense of appreciation and make the connection stronger. You may even begin to feel a warmth or other sensation during this exercise.
2. Offer Gratitude for All Parts of Yourself. Make a box with 4 segments (see image below) and write what you appreciate about yourself physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally in each segment. Honor all that you uncover.
3. Make a Sincere Attempt to Feel Appreciation for Anything in Your Life. Imagine this appreciation filling your heart or chest area and eventually expanding to your entire being. Feel or see yourself bathing in this energy.
Go Deeper:
Keep your paper somewhere you can see it easily throughout the week. Add any additional gratitudes that arise. Invite your family and friends to try it too and share your findings with one another.
Thank you also for supporting this Small Business! Each time you book an $11.11 answer, 25 minute session, or attend Full Moon Answers (next one is December 2nd), you are contributing to my personal well-being and livelihood. I really get a boost each time I tune in for you--thank you from the bottom of my heart.
